What does Surprise Mulch do in Pokemon X and Y?

• Mulch to be used in a Berry Field. It causes strange, sudden mutations based on the combination of Berries.
• When placed on loamy soil, it increases the chance that the berry will cross pollinate with its neighbor to create another berry.
